( 03 ) — MANUFACTURING

one integrated pipeline.

From fibre selection to the finished bolt, every stage of production — weaving, dyeing, printing, finishing and inspection — runs through facilities we operate ourselves. No middlemen, no hand-offs, one accountable partner.

( 01 ) — CAPABILITIES

six competencies, working as one.

Most suppliers assemble a chain of subcontractors. We built the chain inside the mill — so specification, colour and quality stay under one roof.

01

Material sourcing

Certified organic cotton, European linen and recycled polyester, sourced through vetted, traceable supply chains. Every lot of raw fibre is checked and documented before it enters production.

02

Custom weaving

Grey fabric is woven to specification in our own facility, not bought off the shelf. Twill, satin, jacquard and herringbone constructions are engineered in custom weights to match the hand, drape and end use your product demands.

03

Precision dyeing & finishing

Colour is lab-matched before a single metre is dyed, then held consistent across the run. Technical finishing tunes hand, drape and durability so the fabric performs as specified — not just as sampled.

04

Quality assurance

ISO 9001 systems govern every stage of production, with inspection gates from incoming fibre to finished goods. Eleven AAA-level industry ratings back the discipline behind the paperwork. Nothing ships that has not been checked.

05

Sustainable development

Recycled fibres and responsible sourcing are built into the product from day one, not bolted on after. Certified organic cotton, European linen and recycled polyester form the core of our fibre programme.

06

Global logistics

Finishing and export run from Fergana, while branded TOLOTEX shops in Istanbul and Yiwu keep us close to buyers. Because we control production end to end, goods move straight from our mill to your door — no middlemen in between.

Finished goods move factory-direct from our mills to your door — no agents, no middlemen.

    SHIP

Lead times vary by construction and are confirmed with every quotation.

( 03 ) — QUALITY

checked at every gate.

Quality at TOLOTEX is a system, not a final inspection. ISO 9001 procedures govern how fibre is received, how colour is matched, and how every bolt is signed off. Because the entire pipeline runs in our own facilities, a fault found at any gate is corrected at source — not negotiated with a subcontractor.

QA·01

ISO 9001 quality system

Documented procedures cover every production stage, from incoming fibre to final packing.

QA·02

Lab-matched colour

Shades are matched in the lab before dyeing begins and held consistent across the full run.

QA·03

Inspection gates at every stage

Sourcing, weaving, dyeing, printing and packing each carry their own check — defects stop where they start.

QA·04

Independently rated

Eleven AAA-level industry ratings stand behind our quality discipline, alongside ISO 9001 certification.
